Jitendra Hussein Chudihar - Coordinator for Land Management Subcommittee. Vishwanath Prasad Kuraha - Coordinator for Food Management Subcommittee. Rajendra Jaishwal - Coordinator for Entertainment Management Subcommittee. Chandan Kumar Sah - Coordinator for Tent Management Subcommittee. Prabhu Prasad - Coordinator for Electricity Management Subcommittee. Upendra Prasad Jaishwal - Coordinator for Parking Management Subcommittee.
