The Shree Gadhimai Panchavarshik Mela Management Committee invites interested individuals and businesses to participate in the rate bidding process for tent management at the upcoming Gadhimai Fair 2081. Key Information: Interested parties must submit their proposed rates for tent management at the designated location by Mangsir 17, 2081, before 2 PM. The initial rate per square foot for tent management is set at NPR 70. Important Instructions: Rates submitted will be finalized after review by the committee. Approved tents will be constructed as per the committee's guidelines. All tent installations and submissions must be completed by Mangsir 30, 2081. The rate bidding box will be open for submissions starting Mangsir 15, 2081, from 8 AM to 5 PM daily. For further details, contact the Tent Management Sub-Committee.
